From Interstate 70

Take Exit 29 Rte 65 N, direction Hagerstown.  Becomes Potomac St.

Pass Prime Outlets, schools on the left, go to the 4th traffic light and make a left on Wilson Blvd.

Go two lights and make a right on Virginia Avenue.   Pass Reynolds Street on your right. Make the next right onto Surrey Street (and last street before the circle--City Park is on your left).

Then follow directions below.

 From Interstate 81

Exit 40 E toward Hagerstown. Follow Signs for Historic City Park.  Bear right at the Y onto Antietam Street. Make a right onto Walnut Street. Park is on your right. 

Go around the circle continuing straight ahead with park on your right and make the first left after the circle onto Surrey Street.

Parking & Entrance

 On Surrey Street you may park on the street or behind the burgundy  victorian house with a turret, which is 370 Virginia Avenue.

Please enter the office through the Surrey Street side door with the stained glass window that has our name in it and a sign that indicates City Park Psych Svcs Entrance, rather than the front door on Va Ave.
